The need for Sunglasses |
If you live in an area that has sunshine almost every day of the year, it is good to wear sunglasses. I have even found if driving and heading east in the morning, or west in the evening, a good set of sunglasses kept in the car can prevent glare and blind spots. Sunlight can weaken your eyes, requiring you to need glasses before you normally would. If you do not wear sunglasses, you will end up with more facial and forehead wrinkles as you squint to keep the sun from hurting. You do not have to spend a large amount of money to get eye protection from the sun. Most drugstores and department stores carry sunglasses that you can buy relatively inexpensively. If you wear prescription glasses, you can get your glasses tinted, or have the ability to change tint when in the sun. Sunglasses are available in all kinds of styles. You can have plastic rims, or wire rims, round, square or rectangular. Sunglasses even come with little decorations glued onto them. No matter what you are wearing, there will be a pair of sunglasses that will go just perfectly with it. |
